Sunday School and Confirmation Classes
Sunday School started on Sunday, September 7, 2025. We now have two classes, one for grades K-1 and the other for grades 2-12. Thanks to our teachers, Betsy Caldwell, and our new teacher, Pam Scott, for taking up this important ministry!
Confirmation Classes for our young adults began Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., before the service. We’re hoping Confirmation itself will be in May 2026.
Tribute to Deacon Joe Dietz
Come join us on Sunday, November 30, 2025, as Epiphany pays tribute to Deacon Joe Dietz! Not only has Deacon Joe served as a Deacon for over 30 years, filling many roles at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Phoenixville, but he also played a key role in helping Epiphany “ride out the storm” following the death of our long-time Rector, Rev. Dennis Warner, in 2007. Deacon Joe assisted in worship, lent his expertise to the Vestry, tended to pastoral care needs, and assisted in the search for a replacement Rector.
At the 10:00 a.m. service on November 30, Epiphany will officially thank Deacon Joe for his service to Epiphany, both verbally as well as via a dedication in his honor of a new set of purple paraments (liturgical cloths and hangings used to adorn the altar, pulpit, and lectern) to replace our current worn ones. We’ll have an extra-special Coffee Hour afterward!
